Placing Orders

To place an order for any items within the Reeffarmers web site you can either call or email. Our phone number is 909-989-9711. If we do not answer the phone please leave a message with your name and phone number. Customers can also send email to reeffarmers@rocketmail.com . There is also an order form page that can be filled out with the customers basic contact information and shipping address information. Select the Order Form menu item in the main menu on the left. Do not send financial information on the order form page. We will contact you via phone to acquire the financial information. We do not believe that online shopping carts are appropiate for purchasing live corals. Reeffarmers prefers to verify that customers have the proper system to maintain the live coral animal. We will contact you and ask a few basic questions about your system and the types of animals you are maintaining within the system. We currently accept online payments through Paypal. There is no minimum order. We now offer volume discounts to all customers based on the total Buy It Now amount of corals ordered. Volume discounts are 10 % for totals more then $100, 15 % for totals more the $150, 20 % for totals more then $200 and 25 % for totals more then $250. Please note - (no discount can legally be applied to any auction sale prices). All Auction sales are final at high bid price. Reeffarmers.com mail address is listed above.
Coral fragments come in the following sizes - tiny, small, medium, large and extra large. Small fragments are about 1/2 to 1 inch in hieght with usually one branch. Mediums are 1 to 1 1/2 inches with usually more than one branch. Larges are greater than 1 1/2 inches with multiple branches. Extra large fragments are greater than 2 inches and equal in size to a tiny colony. Extra large fragments are usually sold as tiny colonies if they are mounted and available. We can ship fragments from our multiple product lines together in one single shipment.

Shipping charges are currently $60.00 outside the state of California and are $45.00 inside the state of California, if next day standard overnight is available to your area. If it is not available then add $15 to the above shipping charges. We guarantee all live coral for 24 hours from day of arrival. An image of any dead DOA claims must be sent to our email wihtin 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Customers need to supply us with a contact phone number when placing an order.
