Pink and Blue Aussie Table Acropora that had a near perfect circular and tight morphology. Corallites are bright pink with blue inner ridge highlights. Outer growth edges of table are bright blue as were the original branch tips (see colony image below). The branch tip on the Reeffarmers seed has begun to develop blue pigments as of early May 2015. Polyps have dark red colored tentacles with white tips that partially extend during the day. Center of polyp clear with inner pink rim.

The R66 Wheel of Fortune was a stunning Acropora table imported from Fiji that Reeffarmers saw at Route 66 Marine. Eric had held it out as one of his select exotics. The original colony was a tight circular table with bright pink and blue pigmentation. Thus the name Wheel of Fortune that Eric had given to the coral. One of the best Tables Reeffarmers has ever seen. The image above is of the Reeffarmer seed section and we will let it grow for awhile and update the image in the future.

Reeffarmers is currently maintaining a seed section of this coral in a 8 foot Raceway Gyre BiZonal system. The original colony at Route 66 Marine died and was not salvaged when Route 66 Marine closed its business operations. Reeffarmers did however get two fragments of this coral sent to Atlanta for the Atlanta coral show. We sold both of those fragments. Those two fragments and the first edition are the only known fragments that were distributed.

Our system is naturally filtered with a semi-cryptic zone and a reef flat exposed zone. In this captive reef the coral is positioned to receive strong to moderate light and water current. The first edition fragment of this coral was sold at Reef Currents 2015 to Rob Mcpheron. Suggested list price on March 20th 2015 was $195 for a small fragment.
